A temporary closure is in effect for Crystal Cross Fishing Access Site on the upper Yellowstone River.

The site has been closed as a precautionary public safety measure due to a grizzly bear feeding on a carcass at the site. No conflicts have been reported.

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks staff will monitor bear activity here and reopen the site as soon as conditions allow. For more information on site closures and restrictions, click here.
