MidwayUSA Foundation Seeking Program Manager

Columbia, MO MidwayUSA Foundation has a mission to help communities fund their local youth shooting teams and, in an effort to continue achieving this mission, the public charity is seeking a Program Manager in the southwest region of the U.S. This Program Manager position is a unique career opportunity for those with a passion for youth shooting sports. The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist youth shooting teams at the high school and college-level establish, grow, and utilize their respective team endowment funds through MidwayUSA Foundation’s Team Endowment Program.

The ideal candidate has fundraising knowledge, experience with a youth shooting sports team, strong communications skills, and a passion for growing and sustaining youth shooting sports. The Program Manager will work remotely and must reside in a southwestern state. Appropriate states in this region include California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, or Missouri. Heavy travel across the region is required with this position (approximately 40%). In addition to working with the Team Endowment Program, this position will also assist the MidwayUSA Foundation constituent base with the Coach Training and Range Development Grant Programs and special events.
