Creedmoor Sports is looking for a skilled marketing professional to join us as the Director of Marketing. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all marketing, ecommerce, and promotional activities within the organization. This position will report directly to the President of Creedmoor Sports and will be responsible for leading the marketing team while driving growth. Experience in the shooting sports industry or competitive shooting will be highly advantageous to this individual, but is not required. This position is located at Creedmoor’s McClellan Office near Anniston/Oxford, AL. This position will be full-time in Alabama and candidates must be willing to relocate.

Major Responsibilities:

1) Establish and enforce standards for all media materials and publications

2) Facilitate the creation of high-quality video content within the organization

3) Create and implement strategic marketing plans that align with corporate growth objectives

4) Collaborate with VP of Operations on product and marketing needs for private label products.

5) Fully integrate social media within marketing strategies

6) Oversee corporate events and sponsorship support activities

7) Grow and maintain relationships with market influencers, writers, and media personalities

8) Develop and monitor KPI reporting for our marketing activities

9) Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain within a SIOP process to ensure successful promotional activity

10) Most importantly, demonstrate commitment to serving shooters at the highest level possible!
