Quickfire Seeking Full Time Social Media Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team! With social media's ever-changing algorithm we're looking for self-starters and someone who can pivot at any given time. We’re looking for someone with experience in copywriting, art direction, and social media marketing who can expand our client’s social media persona from mediocre to exceptional. You will be responsible for assisting in developing, initiating, and overseeing a long-term digital marketing strategy and campaigns, as well as spearheading short-term marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be working hand in hand with content creators, helping in every aspect of our client’s social media accounts.

  • Management of client’s social media accounts and channels.

  • Monitor online conversations and engage with users on each platform including monitoring and replying to direct messages.

  • Daily audience building.

  • Analyze and deliver KPI's reports.

  • Manage Social Media budget for paid ads, sponsored posts.

  • Build and monitor library of user generated content/assets.

  • Strategize on and work in promotions and campaigns where they fit into social media strategy.

  • Work with influencers, maintaining lists, outreach, and posting.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.

  • Manage multiple accounts while managing your time and workload.

  • Create personal goals and benchmarks to meet.

  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.

  • Sit in on weekly phone or video conference meetings with clients probing into their business allowing you to better understand and market their company.

  • Sit in on monthly video conference call with clients to hear about their past month’s metrics, what went well, what didn’t perform, and what adjustments are going to be made.

  • Create content calendars for client networks to build brand awareness and spread messaging to targeted audiences.

  • Monitor and engage in discussions about each client's company, competitors, and industry.

Skills Needed:

  • 2-3 years’ experience social media or related marketing experience.

  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.

  • Excellent communicator, short-form writer, and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

  • Experience with building and managing editorial calendars designed to attract qualified audiences to each client's owned properties including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.

  • Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. Buffer) to monitor social media conversations, and route appropriate client marketer, sales rep, and support rep to social conversations.

  • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, google ad words and blogging.

  • Bonus experience in the outdoors including, fishing, hunting and archery preferred, but not required.

Our team is positioned all around the United States, this position’s HQ is in Aurora, OH, can be remote with occasional travel.
