Hornady "Zombies in the Heartland" 3-Gun Match Dates for 2021

(Grand Island, Nebr.) — Zombies are preparing to invade Nebraska once again for the Zombies in the Heartland 3-Gun Match on June 4-6, 2021 at the Heartland Public Shooting Park in Grand Island.

After canceling the match due to COVID-19 in 2020, zombies have increased in numbers so participants can expect a fun shooting event that promises to be memorable for everyone from beginner to expert.

Early registration for past competitors opened on February 24th. Returning competitors have received an email with a registration link and more information. General registration opened at 7:00 PM CENTRAL March 2nd. A sponsor reception will be on June 3rd at Riverside Golf Club.

With an unusual, challenging course of fire, Zombies in the Heartland typically attracts shooters from across the country. Shooters will find new and reactive targets developed specifically for this match, with most targets breaking, falling over, or moving. Participants will be required to compete with a pistol, rifle, and shotgun, or they can compete with pistol-caliber carbine and shotgun in the PCC Division.

There will be an abridged sponsor match on Thursday, June 3rd, followed by a reception and prize table at the end of the day for industry participants at Riverside Golf Course.
