The Blue Force Gear® MTKN!® NANO - ES is designed for people who want to be better prepared without carrying a large, bulky medical kit. Compact enough to go where you go, the NANO - ES keeps essential trauma supplies organized, accessible, and ready when needed.
Approximately 6" by 4", the NANO - ES delivers the capacity of the Micro Trauma Kit NOW!® in a smaller package that can be carried on a belt, backpack, emergency bag, vehicle kit, or other gear. Its low-profile design makes it practical for everyday preparedness, outdoor activities, travel, and emergency response.
When an emergency happens, access matters. A pull of the BLIP® tab removes the organized medical insert, putting the kit's contents directly in the user's hands. The design allows the kit to be deployed with one hand, eliminating the need to search through a conventional medical pouch when time is critical.
The NANO - ES is available in dedicated belt-mounted and MOLLE configurations. Both versions can be mounted vertically or horizontally to fit different equipment and carry preferences.
The NANO ES configuration includes trauma gloves, QuikClot® Combat Gauze LE, a mini compression dressing, flat-fold tape, and a HyFin® Vent Compact Chest Seal twin pack. The focused loadout provides critical trauma-care essentials in an exceptionally compact package. Essential and advanced medical configurations are also available for users with different levels of training and preparedness needs.
