A new generation of additively manufactured titanium and Inconel suppressors
Shooters don't all run the same rifle, the same caliber or the same game plan. So why should they all run the same suppressor? Off Grid Suppressors doesn't think they should.
The Minnesota company is launching five new models, the SCORPIUS, MERC, MENACE, MINI MENACE and AGENT INCO 9K, and each one was engineered around a specific platform and shooting application instead of being asked to do a little of everything.
Together, the lineup pairs advanced additive manufacturing with aerospace-grade titanium and high-strength Inconel. The goal was a family of compact suppressors that stand up to heat and hard use, manage gas, knock down sound and keep weight in check. Pick the model built for your rifle, and you don't have to give up any of it.

Hub Or Direct Thread
Three of the new models, the AGENT INCO 9K, MENACE and MERC, are HUB-adapted and ship with a HUB adapter in the box, so they're ready to mount right out of the gate.
The MINI MENACE and SCORPIUS are direct-thread designs, threaded 1/2x28 for a clean, simple setup.
The SCORPIUS shows up with bragging rights already earned. It topped the rimfire field at the 2025 Thunder Beast Arms Silencer Summit, posting the quietest numbers of any .22 LR suppressor tested there, at 115.4 dBA at the muzzle. Off Grid says it remains the quietest .22 suppressor in the country.

Built Layer By Layer
Additive manufacturing sits at the heart of the new lineup. Building each suppressor layer by layer lets Off Grid create complex internal architecture and compact shapes that are difficult to pull off with traditional manufacturing methods.
Those internals come from two high-performance materials, each chosen for what it does best.

Titanium And Inconel
Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) is the lightweight half of the equation. It delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio along with corrosion and heat resistance, which makes it a natural fit for a suppressor that rides on the end of a barrel all day. The MERC and SCORPIUS are built from titanium.
Inconel brings the muscle. The nickel-based superalloy holds its strength at high temperatures, so it earns its keep where durability and repeated heat exposure matter most. The MINI MENACE and AGENT INCO 9K are built from Inconel.
Put those materials and that manufacturing process together, and the whole lineup stands on one simple idea. A suppressor can be strong, durable, compact and lightweight, all at the same time.
