MMSSA Future Shooters Initiative Inc. (MFSI Inc.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is proud to announce the appointment of Paul Pluff as Executive Director.
With nearly three decades in management at Smith & Wesson and another decade at Sturm, Ruger & Company before his September 2025 retirement, Paul brings an exceptional depth of experience and leadership to MFSI Inc.
As Executive Director, Paul will lead the development and expansion of MFSI Inc.'s growing shooting sports leagues and teams, helping bring families, young people, and communities together through safe, responsible, and enjoyable shooting sports.
His extensive background in the firearms industry, combined with his leadership experience and industry relationships, will be a tremendous asset as MFSI Inc. moves forward with its mission.
MFSI Inc. was established with a simple but important belief: shooting sports are for everyone, and no one in the family should have to sit on the bench.
Through education, teamwork, and hands-on participation, MFSI Inc. is working to introduce more families to shooting sports, develop future participants, and create opportunities for people of all ages and experience levels to learn and grow together.
