B&T USA Exhibits at 2026 NASGW Expo as ATF Extends NFA Relief for Suppressors Nationwide

HERRIMAN, Utah — B&T USA, a premier designer and manufacturer of suppressors, firearms and related accessories, today announced it is exhibiting at the 2026 NASGW Expo, underway through Oct. 15 at the Phoenix Convention Center.

The exhibit comes days after ATF announced Oct. 9 that it will not enforce the National Firearms Act's registration, tax-stamp or approval requirements for suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns and certain other firearms. The guidance applies to everyone, extending nationwide the relief a federal court had granted only to the plaintiffs in Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF. B&T USA is a named plaintiff in that case. The Department of Justice declined to appeal the ruling, and the deadline to do so passed Oct. 5.

The guidance does not change state or local law, which may be more restrictive, and licensed dealers must still complete ATF Form 4473, run a NICS background check and keep records. The policy reflects the Department of Justice's enforcement discretion and does not repeal the NFA; machine guns and destructive devices remain fully regulated.

"NASGW is where our wholesale partners decide what goes on their shelves, so the timing could not be better," said Ridley Key, CEO of B&T USA. "We joined this case to take the federal registration process out of buying a suppressor, and ATF's guidance now extends that benefit to every customer. We're ready to help our partners put it to work."

NASGW Expo is the annual trade show of the National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers, bringing together shooting sports wholesalers and manufacturers. The exhibit hall at the Phoenix Convention Center is open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, and 8 a.m. to noon Thursday, Oct. 15.

B&T USA has spent the past year scaling production in Herriman. Since late 2025, the company has grown its team from three employees to more than 85 and added a full in-house machine shop, bringing design, machining, finishing, engraving and shipping under one roof at its 88,000-square-foot facility. The facility can now produce up to 7,000 suppressors per month.

Buyers can find B&T USA at Booth #1416 to see its suppressor lineup and learn what ATF's guidance means for sales.
