Suppressor manufacturer to meet with independent retailers and showcase its product offering, including suppressors covered by the Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF federal injunction, at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, Sept. 1–3
B&T USA, a premier designer and manufacturer of suppressors, firearms and related accessories, today announced it will exhibit at Worldwide Show Fall 2026, taking place September 1–3, 2026, at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, Nevada. Attendees can find the B&T USA team at Booth #423.
The suppressors B&T USA will showcase at Worldwide Show Fall 2026 are covered by the Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF injunction that took effect on August 13, 2026. Because B&T USA is a named plaintiff in the case, the ATF and the Department of Justice are currently barred from enforcing the National Firearms Act's registration and approval requirements against B&T USA and its customers for covered suppressor purchases. State law is unaffected; any state-level restrictions on suppressors remain in force. The purchase still runs through a licensed dealer with an ATF Form 4473 and a background check, the same as a standard rifle or shotgun. The case remains active and subject to appeal; B&T USA will notify retailers if that status changes.
The ATF has publicly confirmed it will honor the ruling. In an August 29, 2026 statement, ATF Director Robert Cekada said the agency "respects the Court's ruling and the rule of law" and "will not take enforcement action against protected parties inconsistent with that ruling." Cekada said ATF is still finalizing formal guidance, adding that "getting it right matters more than getting it out fast."

Retailers and dealers are encouraged to visit B&T USA at Booth #423 to learn more about the brand and explore its suppressors covered by the Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF injunction. For a covered purchase, that means no ATF Form 4 or Form 1, no fingerprint cards and no federal wait. State-level suppressor restrictions are unaffected and remain in force, and the injunction is not nationwide; it protects the named plaintiffs, their members and their customers. Not every person and purchase will be covered.
