The agency also gained national recognition when Cabela's Trophy Properties selected Land and Wildlife as its exclusive brokerage partner for Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. That partnership introduced the firm to buyers and sellers across North America and helped establish the strong client base it continues to serve today.
Following numerous inquiries from brokerages and agents throughout the country, Land and Wildlife made the strategic decision in early 2026 to expand beyond its traditional footprint. Since then, the company has been carefully identifying brokerages and agents that share its values, business philosophy, and commitment to exceptional client service.
Over the coming months, Land and Wildlife will finalize agreements with select agents and brokerage partners in states that align with the company's vision and long-term growth strategy. Initial expansion markets will be announced as partnership agreements are completed.
