KDG continues an aggressive new product rollout with the upcoming launch of the BOM Series Optic Mount, an all-new modular optic mounting platform designed to give shooters greater flexibility, strength, and adaptability straight out of the box.
The BOM Series represents the latest release in a growing suite of new KDG products scheduled to reach the market over the next several months. The rollout began with the introduction of the Kinect™ ARCA Rail, followed by the new Stribog 10mm and .45 ACP rails, and now moves into the optic mounting category with the BOM Series.
Designed as a dual-height optic mount straight out of the box, the BOM Series allows shooters to configure their optic at two different mounting heights without having to purchase two separate mounts. The modular design provides users with greater flexibility to tailor their rifle setup to their preferred shooting position, equipment configuration, and application while maintaining the strength, precision, and durability expected from KDG.
The initial BOM Series offering will feature an ACRO footprint, providing compatibility with ACRO-pattern optics. At launch, the BOM Series will also be the only rifle optic mount currently available for the Aimpoint COA, giving COA users a dedicated rifle-mounting solution built around KDG's new modular platform.

BOM Series Expansion Already Underway
KDG is developing the BOM Series as a full optic mounting category rather than a single product. Following the initial ACRO footprint and COA launch, Micro and RMR footprint versions are planned next, expanding compatibility across some of the most widely used rifle and red-dot optics on the market.
Additional configurations for the DeltaPoint Pro footprint and LPVO platforms are expected to follow shortly after.
Over the next six months, KDG plans to continue growing the BOM Series with additional footprints, configurations, and mounting solutions, creating a broader family of optic mounts designed to serve a wide range of rifles, optics, and end-user requirements.
"The optic market continues to evolve, and we see a significant opportunity to grow alongside it," Bardugone added. "The BOM Series gives us a platform that we can continue building on. The ACRO and COA versions are the starting point, but customers and dealers are going to see this category expand quickly as we introduce additional footprints and configurations."
Part of a Larger KDG Product Expansion
The BOM Series is part of a larger product development initiative underway at KDG. The company began its latest launch cycle with the Kinect ARCA Rail, expanding the popular Kinect quick-detach product family into the ARCA ecosystem. That launch was followed by new 3.25-inch and 6-inch Stribog rails for the 10mm and .45 ACP platforms, further expanding KDG's support for the growing Stribog market.
With additional products scheduled over the next three months and continued expansion of the BOM Series planned over the next six months, KDG is focused on bringing new solutions to market while continuing to support the legacy products and platforms that have built the company's reputation within the firearms industry.

The KDG BOM Series ACRO Optic Mount is currently listed on the KDG website, where customers can sign up for pre-order notifications and be among the first to know when ordering opens.
The projected shipping window for the first BOM Series mounts is mid-October 2026.
