Darton Archery, Black Eagle Arrows and Conquest Archery are searching for a proven sales professional to lead continued growth across the Southeast Territory.

We are looking for someone who knows the Southeast market, understands the needs of archery dealers and is ready to take ownership of a territory with significant growth potential.
In this role, the Southeast Sales Representative will:
- Build lasting relationships with dealers and industry partners
- Support and grow existing accounts throughout the territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer representation
- Educate dealers on products from Darton Archery, Black Eagle Arrows and Conquest Archery
- Represent all three brands with professionalism at dealer visits, events and industry functions
- Work closely with company leadership to develop and execute territory growth strategies
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A successful track record in sales, preferably within the archery, hunting or outdoor industries
- A genuine passion for archery and a strong understanding of its customers and dealer network
- Established relationships within the Southeast archery market
- Excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills
- The motivation and discipline to manage a territory independently
- A willingness to travel and be present with dealers throughout the region
- A competitive, team-first mindset and an unwavering commitment to customer service
