Thornburg brings more than 20 years of experience in law enforcement, business development, and sales leadership. His background includes service as a Marine Corps Infantryman (0331), more than two decades as a Special Agent Task Force Officer assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force, and four years with Daniel Defense, where he focused on military and law enforcement sales. Throughout his career, he has built trusted partnerships with government agencies, commercial organizations, and industry stakeholders while developing mission-focused solutions that support operational success.
As Steiner's law enforcement sales manager, Thornburg will be responsible for expanding agency partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, re-engaging legacy customers, supporting customer development initiatives, and executing strategies that align with the evolving needs of law enforcement professionals. His unique combination of operational law enforcement experience and commercial sales expertise will help strengthen Steiner's position within the law enforcement market.
