Ware's connection to Millennium began long before stepping into his current leadership role. His career spans decades in the outdoor industry, including a 26-year tenure with Outtech, the Rep group that currently supports Millennium's sales and marketing efforts. While at Outtech, Ware represented the Millennium family of brands, developing deep relationships with dealers while gaining an unmatched understanding of the company's products and customers.

A passionate outdoorsman with more than 40 years of bowhunting and saltwater fly fishing experience, Ware brings firsthand knowledge to every conversation with dealers and consumers. A Florida State University graduate originally from Florida and now based in Alabama, he understands the lifestyle, traditions, and markets that have helped shape the Millennium brand.
"I've spent much of my career working alongside these brands and the dealers who support them, so stepping into this leadership role has been a natural progression," said Ware.
