MidwayUSA is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Costello to Director of Merchandising – Shooting. Josh is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and joined MidwayUSA in the fall of 2002. Throughout his tenure, Josh has led a variety of teams within the Marketing and Merchandising departments, most recently being promoted to Merchandising Manager – Shooting in 2024.
"I'm excited for another new challenge at MidwayUSA," said Josh. "I love serving the Shooting community with our great selection of products and incredible service, and I look forward to driving continuous improvement in my new role."
In his new position, Josh will lead a team of merchandising managers responsible for the sales, margins, inventory, and product selection for MidwayUSA's Shooting division, covering Ammunition & Components, Guns, Gunsmithing, Reloading Tools & Accessories, and Shooting categories.
"I'm very pleased to have Josh take the helm of our shooting division," said Adam Augustine, VP Merchandising. "Between his product expertise, his broad background within MidwayUSA, and his passion for the shooting sports industry, he's a natural fit for this role."
Josh is an accomplished shotgun shooter, an amateur PRS shooter, and a reloader. He enjoys hunting and fishing of all types but especially loves spring turkey season in Missouri. He is also an NRA Life Member and a proud Eagle Scout.
