MidwayUSA is pleased to announce the promotion of longtime executive Jeff Larkin to President, effective immediately. A 33-year veteran of the company, Larkin will lead MidwayUSA as it continues its pursuit of operational excellence, innovation, and exceptional Customer service. Larkin will report to Founder, Chairman of the Board, and CEO, Larry Potterfield.
Larkin began his MidwayUSA career as a part-time Logistics employee while attending the University of Missouri. After gaining experience outside the company, he returned to MidwayUSA and has since spent more than three decades in leadership roles across Marketing, Customer Service, and Merchandising. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to Continuous Improvement have helped shape MidwayUSA's culture while developing teams dedicated to operational excellence and Customer satisfaction.
Under Larkin's leadership, MidwayUSA strengthened strategic supplier relationships and significantly enhanced its merchandising capabilities through expanded product offerings, improved product information, and innovative promotional strategies.
Throughout his career, Larkin played an important leadership role in advancing MidwayUSA's Continuous Improvement culture, contributing to the company's receipt of three Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards—among the nation's highest honors for organizational performance excellence. His broad cross-functional experience and deep commitment to MidwayUSA's values position him well to lead the company through its next phase of growth and ongoing improvement.
