
MidwayUSA is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Augustine to Vice President – Merchandising. Before joining MidwayUSA in 2013, Adam was a researcher in academia and earned both a Master's and Ph.D. in Psychological Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He began his career with MidwayUSA as a Customer Relationship Manager before being promoted to Vice President – Customer Service in 2021. Most recently, Adam served as Vice President – eCommerce, where he provided strategic leadership to the web development, advertising, and marketing teams, overseeing the analysis and improvement of the MidwayUSA website, advertising, marketing, and promotions processes.
"I'm privileged to have worked in so many key areas here at MidwayUSA," said Adam. "The Merchandising team has incredible knowledge and passion for our industry, and I look forward to working with them and our Suppliers to better serve our Customers."
In his new position, Adam will provide strategic leadership to the merchandising directors and managers responsible for the development, implementation, and improvement of MidwayUSA's Product Offering, Pricing, Inventory, Promotions, and Product Information processes.

Adam is an avid shooter, reloader, hunter, and angler, as well as an NRA Patron Member, RMEF Life Member, and the volunteer chair of the Mid-Missouri RMEF Chapter.
