A partial closure has been lifted from Point of Rocks Fishing Access Site on the upper Yellowstone River north of Carbella.
The closure was in place for human safety due to a grizzly bear feeding on an animal carcass near the site. The closed area included the northern portion of the site east of U.S. Highway 89. All areas of the site are now open.
