Silencer Central Hires the Right People for Key Roles

Silencer Central, the country's largest suppressor retailer, is proud to announce three recent hires to the sales and marketing leadership team. The new additions fill key roles as Silencer Central continues to grow and meet the needs of America's firearm and suppressor enthusiasts.

"During the past few years of growth and challenges, I've just been so proud of the team we've put together and what they've been able to accomplish. Now, as we continue growing that team, I'm more confident than ever about the company's future," said Brandon Maddox, Silencer Central's Founder and CEO. "The leaders we've brought in possess an amazing depth of experience and bring fresh ideas that will continue to fuel the company. We are looking ahead, and it's a fun time to be part of Silencer Central."

Ryan Houck is the new Senior Director of Marketing. He comes to Silencer Central after an exhaustive search for the perfect leader. Before Silencer Central, he worked with Duluth Trading Co., Timberland, and Nike. He helped each company manage growth and achieve revenue gains while adding efficiency and accuracy to processes.

Daniel Baugher joins Silencer Central as the new Director of Sales. This is a key position given the company's dynamic growth, and Daniel will hit the ground running. Prior to Silencer Central, he worked with companies like Black Rifle Coffee Co., 5.11, and Outtech, helping each build momentum in sales, enter new channels, and expand market share.

Shawn Porter takes on the role of Silencer Central's Event Sales Manager. This position is not only important to ensure the company's future growth, but also foundational to the sales culture and legacy at Silencer Central. Brandon Maddox made his first suppressor sales at gun shows, and Silencer Central's events team keeps the business closely connected with the market and its customers. Porter comes to Silencer Central with a background in operations and retail leadership within the firearms and outdoor recreation industry.

Filling these key leadership roles was only part of the expansion plans for Silencer Central. By providing customers with the simplest way to buy suppressors, and by continuing to innovate new ways to speed up and streamline the shopping experience, Silencer Central is poised for additional growth.
