This strategic hire reinforces CMC Triggers' commitment to high-touch field representation and aggressive market expansion across the Western United States.
Aaron Banks joins CMC Triggers with over 16 years of veteran experience in the firearms industry. A U.S. Army veteran, Banks brings a potent combination of field sales expertise, technical armorer knowledge, and instructional experience. His background is uniquely suited for CMC's mission to provide hands-on, technical support to the front lines of the shooting sports industry.
Throughout his career, Banks has held senior sales roles with Remington Outdoor Company, Beck and Associates, and Primary Arms Government where he successfully led sales growth across multi-state territories. A certified armorer for multiple firearms platforms, Banks has spent years in the field training law enforcement agencies and major retailers in firearms safety, maintenance, and performance applications.
In his new role, Banks will be responsible for the "boots on the ground" management of the West territory. His focus will include direct field support, Rep Group leadership, and omnichannel growth.
