BOW Workshop Offers Women the Chance to Build New Outdoor Skills

HELENA – Escape to the breathtaking Lubrecht Forest July 31 - Aug 2 for a weekend of self-discovery, adventure, and hands-on learning in the great outdoors!

The Summer Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) workshop is a three-day immersive experience, kicking off at noon on Friday and wrapping up around 1 p.m. on Sunday. Nestled in a camp setting, your stay includes meals, lodging, or space for your tent/camper, so you can fully embrace the outdoor experience.

Over the weekend, you'll dive into four engaging instructional sessions, each 3.5 hours long, where you'll build new skills in a supportive, noncompetitive environment. Classes are hands-on and held outdoors as much as possible, giving you the chance to learn by doing while surrounded by Montana's stunning landscapes.

Follow the Hunting and Shooting Skills track to prepare yourself for the 2026 hunting season.

And the fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down! Evenings are filled with camaraderie, special activities, and even more opportunities to learn and connect.
Whether you're looking to master a new outdoor skill or deepen your connection with nature, there's something for everyone.

Come as you are – leave with new skills, new friendships, and unforgettable memories!
