The client is a respected, U.S.-based manufacturer and distributor of high-performance firearm accessories and suppressors — products trusted by the U.S. military, government agencies, and law enforcement organizations nationwide, as well as serious enthusiasts and highly discerning civilian customers who seek them out by name — who is making a significant capital investment in a state-of-the-art distribution and fulfillment center. They are not looking for someone to manage an existing operation. They are looking for a builder: a leader who can design the facility from the ground up, stand it up, and then run it at the highest level of performance across multiple product lines and brand portfolios.
The Director of Distribution & Fulfillment Operations will own the entire fulfillment ecosystem — from facility layout and automated systems design to inventory control, serialized NFA item compliance, order processing, carrier relationships, and team development. This person will architect and implement warehouse management systems, establish SOPs across all distribution functions, and ensure full ATF and FFL regulatory compliance from day one. They will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their products faster, more accurately, and more reliably than ever before. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role in Salt Lake City, Utah.
