The Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation (CSF) is proud to announce that President and CEO Jeff Crane was recognized by the International Order of T. Roosevelt (IOTR), one of CSF's top partners, as the recipient of the inaugural Conservationist Legacy Award at the organization's annual convention.

The Conservationist Legacy Award is presented to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to wildlife conservation, the protection of natural resources, and the continuation of America's outdoor traditions. Crane's decades-long career advancing pro-sportsmen policy and protecting access for hunters and anglers has made a lasting impact at both the state and federal levels.

Under Crane's leadership, the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation has strengthened its position as the leading voice for sportsmen and women in the policy arena, working alongside the Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus, Governors Sportsmen's Caucus, and National Assembly of Sportsmen's Caucuses to advance bipartisan solutions that support conservation funding, expand access, and defend the rights of hunters, anglers, recreational shooters, and trappers across the country.

"I am deeply honored to receive this recognition from the International Order of T. Roosevelt," said Crane. "Throughout my career, I've believed strongly in stepping into the arena - working alongside dedicated partners, policymakers, and conservation leaders to protect, defend, and advance our sporting heritage. This award is a reflection of the collective efforts of so many who are committed to ensuring that future generations can enjoy the same freedoms to hunt, fish, and engage with the outdoors that we value today."

The International Order of T. Roosevelt is a prestigious organization dedicated to promoting conservation, ethical hunting, and the legacy of Theodore Roosevelt. Its annual convention brings together conservation leaders, policymakers, and industry stakeholders from across the country to celebrate achievements and advance the mission of conserving wildlife and wild places.

"It is with great admiration and appreciation that I congratulate Jeff Crane on being named IOTR's Conservationist Legacy Award recipient," said Luke Hilgemann, CEO of IOTR. "For a lifetime dedicated to preserving hunting, fishing, and conservation Jeff has been a tireless champion of our outdoor heritage and the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation. His leadership at the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation has strengthened the vital connection between sportsmen and policymakers, ensuring that our traditions thrive for generations to come. On behalf of the entire International Order of T. Roosevelt family, we are proud to honor Jeff's extraordinary contributions."

Crane's recognition further underscores CSF's ongoing commitment to advancing policies that protect access, support conservation funding, and ensure that America's sporting traditions continue to thrive for sportsmen and women across the country.
