
Benelli USA, a brand synonymous with precision engineering and performance-driven innovation, is seeking a Creative Director to help define and execute the next era of its marketing evolution—one rooted in digital-first thinking, campaign-driven storytelling, and measurable impact.

The Creative Director will play a central role in translating Benelli's product innovation into compelling, scalable campaigns that drive engagement, elevate brand expression, and deliver results across every touchpoint.
This role blends hands-on creative execution with strategic leadership, partnering closely with the Director of Marketing to shape a unified vision for modern brand storytelling. From A+ content systems and digital funnels to retail and traditional channels, the Creative Director will build cohesive campaign ecosystems that move consumers from awareness to action.

The Creative Director will:
- Concept and develop original, campaign-driven creative rooted in product innovation and designed to scale across channels
- Translate product features into cohesive campaign systems spanning digital, retail, and traditional platforms
- Lead digital-first execution, including product detail pages, landing pages, email, and conversion-focused assets
- Build and refine scalable A+ content systems and modular storytelling frameworks
- Apply best practices in user experience, digital hierarchy, and scannability to improve engagement and conversion
- Remain actively hands-on in design while leading high-impact, brand-defining initiatives
- Art direct photo and video shoots from concept through post-production
- Lead and develop internal creative talent while managing external agencies and vendors
- Establish efficient workflows that elevate speed, consistency, and overall quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative with business goals and timelines
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver high-performing, scalable creative systems, improve digital engagement and conversion metrics, and consistently execute at a high level with efficiency and ownership.
Benelli is seeking a creative leader who thinks in campaigns—not isolated assets—and thrives on turning exceptional products into stories that inspire action. Candidates should have:
- 8–10+ years of experience in creative development, art direction, or design, with a strong emphasis on digital-first execution
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and fluency in modern design and web tools
- Proven ability to build campaign systems that scale across channels and drive measurable results
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate creative vision
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with firearms, outdoor products, and the regulatory landscape
