Position Overview
As a Regional Manager, you will serve as the face of Outtech and its vendor partners across your designated territory. This position requires frequent in-territory travel to develop and strengthen relationships with retailers, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Outtech vendor partners to dealers, distributors, and retail networks within assigned territory
- Conduct regular in-person visits to present product lines, secure orders, and support sell-through
- Coordinate retail associate trainings and promotional events
- Attend trade shows, buying group meetings, and key industry events
- Collaborate with vendor and Outtech management to execute sales strategies and achieve sales goals
- Prospect for and onboard new retail partners to grow territory reach
- Provide actionable market insights on product trends, brand performance, and competitive landscape
- Contribute to new product ideation and provide feedback on existing lines
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of proven territory sales experience within the hunting, archery, shooting sports, or outdoor recreation industries
- Proven ability to drive territory growth, write orders efficiently, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals through proactive account management and solution-based selling.
- Existing relationships or experience working with outdoor retailers, distributors, or buying groups.
- Willingness to travel weekly within assigned territory
- Deep knowledge and passion for hunting, firearms, archery, and the broader outdoor lifestyle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and digital communication tools
