It officially launched on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST, mobilizing support for the ongoing legal battle to defend constitutional rights in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Virginia has become a critical 2A battleground, but organizers emphasize that the fight is far from over. As legal challenges intensify, the campaign is focused on strengthening the next phase of resistance: the courts. Through strategic fundraising and community engagement, the Sic Semper Tyrannis campaign aims to provide essential resources to sustain long-term legal efforts and reverse this massive overstep in firearms legislation.
Proceeds from the campaign will directly support the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL) as they challenge legislation and unite individuals across the political spectrum in support of policies that secure our liberties for future generations. VCDL has long been at the forefront of advocacy efforts in Virginia, and this initiative seeks to ensure they have the financial backing necessary to continue that work.
Supporters can contribute via Daniel Defense through several key initiatives tied to the campaign launch:
- A portion of all AR15, AR10, and PCC sales will be donated directly to VCDL
- Sticker Slap Pack (Pre-Order): 100% of proceeds will go to VCDL
