Azimuth Technology Appoints Roman Hallock as Director of Operations

NAPLES, Fla. – Azimuth Technology announces the promotion of Roman Hallock to Director of Operations effective March 9th, 2026. Roman has been a key member of the Azimuth team for more than eight years, building on his experience in both product and production management. In this expanded role, Roman will focus on driving operations strategy, company growth, and new initiatives across the organization.

A proven manufacturing and operations leader, Roman plays a key role in overseeing production across Azimuth's advanced CNC manufacturing platform, supporting customers in the defense, automotive, golf, and outdoor recreation industries. Throughout his tenure, he has helped strengthen operational performance, expand key product lines, and improve production capacity through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Roman holds Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a Certified General Manager (CGM) through the Global Association for Quality Management. He has also participates in Leadership Challenge training workshops, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement and leadership development.

In addition to his role at Azimuth, Roman supports workforce development through his involvement with the Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association and mentorship with the Golden Gate High School Academy of Engineering, helping introduce students to careers in engineering and manufacturing.
