Safari Club International (SCI) is celebrating the overwhelming success of this year's SCI Convention in Nashville, which brought together thousands of hunters, conservation leaders, exhibitors and outdoor enthusiasts for a week of connection, education and advocacy.
From the moment the doors opened, the energy of this year's convention was unmistakable. Members and guests from around the world filled the halls, reflecting the strength, passion and unity of the hunting community.
The convention served as a powerful reminder of SCI's mission: defending the freedom to hunt, promoting wildlife conservation and fostering a strong global community rooted in shared values and tradition.
Attendance exceeded expectations, surpassing totals from the 2025 convention, with more than 900 exhibitors from across the globe. Members and guests participated in educational sessions, highly anticipated auctions featuring donations from respected outfitters, manufacturers and artists, and celebrations highlighting both the heritage and future of hunting.
Beyond the impressive turnout, the true success of the convention was found in the people. Families, first-time attendees, longtime members, industry partners and conservation leaders came together in the spirit of camaraderie that defines SCI. Whether reconnecting with familiar faces or building new relationships, attendees experienced the sense of belonging that makes the SCI Convention a cornerstone event in the outdoor industry.
"This year's convention was an extraordinary success and a powerful reminder that SCI's strength comes from our members. The energy, engagement and support we witnessed will directly advance our mission to protect the freedom to hunt and fund conservation worldwide," said Jeff Meyerl, president of Safari Club International.
"The success of this convention reflects the momentum behind SCI's advocacy and conservation leadership. From strong participation to outstanding auction performance, our members and partners demonstrated that SCI continues to lead from the front," said W. Laird Hamberlin, CEO of Safari Club International.
As the convention concludes, SCI looks ahead with momentum and optimism, inspired by the continued support of its members and partners. This year's success reinforces SCI's role as a global leader in wildlife conservation and hunter advocacy and sets the stage for even greater impact in the year ahead.
