Built for real-world hunting conditions, the TIMBR Core Laminate combines ultra-rigid laminated wood construction with MDT's aluminum micro-chassis and V-block bedding system. This design ensures consistent action fit, repeatable torque values, and improved zero retention across temperature and humidity changes, without the need for a traditional bedding job or gunsmithing.
Laminate stocks were developed to eliminate the warping and point-of-impact shifts common in solid wood stocks. By layering wood under pressure, laminate construction delivers increased strength and environmental stability. The TIMBR Core Laminate advances this concept further by integrating a rigid aluminum bedding block, delivering modern precision in a classic stock profile.
