Range USA, the nation's premier indoor gun range and firearm retailer, is searching for an Associate Buyer to join its growing merchandising team at the company's Blue Ash, Ohio support center.
The role offers a unique opportunity to influence product assortment and vendor relationships across Range USA's 50-location footprint while working directly with industry-leading buying professionals.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Associate Buyer will work under the direction of the Buyer to identify new assortment selections, evaluate vendor additions, uncover margin enhancement opportunities, develop promotional cadences and provide vendor reporting to support Range USA's rapid growth and dynamic product lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Analyze sales trends, margins, and inventory to drive buying strategies and business decisions
– Manage vendor relationships, track performance, coordinate meetings and solve supply challenges
– Identify new products, test SKUs and develop Range USA Exclusive offerings based on market intelligence
– Optimize store inventory, recommend pricing actions and execute promotional strategies
– Influence assortment decisions across 50+ locations
QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Retail Merchandising
– 1+ years of merchandising experience or retail product/customer work
– Firearms industry experience and product knowledge
– Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities
– Detail-oriented, results-driven, able to manage multiple priorities
