
MidwayUSA Foundation announces the appointment of Stephanie Femrite to the role of Deputy Director. Stephanie's background reflects nearly two decades of leadership in nonprofit and youth development organizations. For the past 18 years, she has served in various roles within 4-H, most recently as the Missouri Assistant Director and Assistant Extension Professor.
The Deputy Director plays a crucial role on the Foundation's leadership team. This position is responsible for leading and managing the Programs Group and ensuring compliance with all grant-making initiatives.
Stephanie expressed her enthusiasm about joining the Foundation. "I am excited to help further its commitment to developing youth, empowering coaches, and strengthening communities through youth shooting sports."
Stephanie's passion for youth development and advancing opportunities for young people aligns strongly with the MidwayUSA Foundation's mission. Her professional work has long focused on empowering youth, strengthening programs, and building sustainable organizations, including support for youth shooting sports and other hands-on educational experiences.

To date, the Foundation holds over $465 million in funds endowed to youth shooting sports programs. Since its inception, the Foundation has paid over $80.4 million in cash grants to assist youth shooting sports programs around the country.
