Magpul Hunter Lite Stocks Soon Available in All Magpul Colors

The Hunter Lite stock, Magpul's innovative lightweight but rigid stock designed to help hunters stay afield longer, will be available in January for short action Savage Axis®, Ruger American® and Remington 700® rifles, in all three classic Magpul colors – Black, FDE, and ODG.

The Hunter Lite line of stocks provides advantages and features like the original Hunter stocks, but with significant weight savings. All Hunter Lite models weigh approximately 2.5 pounds depending on configuration. While lighter and slimmer, the Hunter Lite stocks are still made from the same durable, strong, rugged polymer for which Magpul is known, so hunters can pack in – and out – farther, no matter the conditions.

Magpul cut weight and width without cutting features. Hunter Lite stocks all offer adjustable length of pull and comb height, along with M-LOK® slots for attaching accessories, front and rear integral sling studs, and an AICS-pattern mag well for reliable, consistent feeding with Magpul PMAG AC magazines.

Actions rest on an aluminum alloy V-bedding block for consistent, solid action-to-stock fit. All Hunter Lite stocks are fully ambidextrous and accept both left- or right-handed actions thanks to the innovative reversible inlet tray which can be changed in minutes. The magazine release is also ambidextrous, so all Hunter Lite stocks can fit any hunter, southpaw or otherwise.

About Magpul
Magpul was founded in 1999 with the concept of developing an easy-to-use product to solve the handling and speed problems associated with handling rifle magazines under stress. The company name comes from this original product, the Magpul. This simple innovation—and the mindset of problem-solving through better design, materials, and user experience—led to others that redefined the experience customers had with their firearms. More than two decades later, Magpul has grown significantly, but we still follow the same mission and processes, focusing on innovation, simplicity, and efficiency. Our product lines now include hundreds of firearms accessories, along with other experience-enhancing gear, and all have been designed to professional-use standards. We now make 400+ unique products with hundreds of variants, including magazines, stocks, slings, sights, grips, bipods, organization and storage solutions and a lot more dependable, hard-use gear.
