Gunnison, UT – Christensen Arms today announced the appointment of JP Fischer as Chief Revenue Officer, a role that will oversee all revenue-generating functions and reinforce the company's commitment to its dealer network, channel excellence, and disciplined brand expansion.
Fischer, a proven sales and go-to-market leader with more than a decade of experience scaling premium outdoor and firearms brands, returns to Christensen Arms after serving as Vice President of Sales at Retay USA, where he led national sales strategy across multiple brands and categories. His background includes senior leadership positions in sales, channel management, marketing alignment, and operational execution, with a consistent focus on building high-performing teams and strengthening long-term dealer relationships.
"JP brings clarity, discipline, and a dealer-first mindset to everything he does," said Shane Meisel, President of Christensen Arms. "His ability to align product, sales, and marketing around shared priorities is exactly what we need as we sharpen our focus, protect our channels, and bring the next generation of Christensen Arms products to market."
As Chief Revenue Officer, Fischer will drive Christensen Arms' integrated revenue strategy with an emphasis on four core pillars:
- Strengthening Dealer Relationships
Reinforcing a long-term, dealer-first philosophy through improved service, transparency, and partnership support. - Channel Discipline & Brand Protection
Ensuring consistency, clarity, and responsible channel management to protect brand equity and eliminate friction. - Brand Focus & Execution
Prioritizing the right initiatives, doing fewer things better, and building accountable systems that support operational excellence. - Product Roadmap Alignment
Creating tighter coordination between product development, marketing, and sales so each launch is intentional, market-driven, and successfully executed.
"These priorities are about building trust, delivering consistency, and executing with purpose," Fischer said. "Christensen Arms is a brand with immense potential, and the path forward is about disciplined growth — strengthening our dealers, aligning our teams, and bringing products to market that reflect the craftsmanship and innovation this company is known for."
Fischer previously served in multiple leadership roles at Christensen Arms, including Director of Sales and Director of Inside Sales, where he helped rebuild the sales structure, stabilize key accounts, improve forecasting, and address channel conflict during a period of organizational transformation. His earlier career includes Director of Sales and Channel Management at Benelli USA, where he optimized sales processes, improved sales visibility, and consistently exceeded growth goals.
Across all roles, Fischer has been recognized for:
- disciplined, data-driven sales leadership
- strengthening independent dealer relationships
- aligning teams around clear commercial priorities
- protecting brand integrity across all channels
- operational execution that drives measurable results
"JP understands this brand, our customers, our dealers, and the realities of today's market," Meisel added. "He brings the kind of leadership that creates long-term stability and long-term growth. We're excited to welcome him back."
