C&H Precision (CHPWS), an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of precision optics, optics adapter plates, and pistol slide milling upgrades, announced today it is seeking to hire a Director of Business Development to support the company's next phase of growth.
The Director of Business Development is a senior, revenue-driving leadership role responsible for executing growth strategy across strategic partnerships, enterprise and government sales, channel development, and long-term deal pipelines. The position reports directly to the founder and CEO and is focused on building, closing, and scaling repeatable revenue opportunities.
This role will own top-line revenue growth across B2B, enterprise, government, and strategic accounts, while developing and managing a qualified sales pipeline tied to quarterly and annual targets. Responsibilities also include identifying and executing high-impact partnerships, expanding into new markets and channels, and building disciplined systems and processes to support long-term scale.
The position is flexible in location, with travel required. Preference will be given to candidates comfortable working closely with leadership, customers, and partners in both on-site and field environments.
Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in business development or enterprise sales, a proven record of closing complex, high-value deals, and the ability to operate in fast-moving, performance-driven environments. Experience in manufacturing, defense, law enforcement, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
