Title: Supply Chain Manager

Reporting to: VP of Operations & Administration Status: Full-time

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of the global supply chain network for Kinsey Brands. The Supply Chain Manager is charged with developing and employing supply chain initiatives and tactics that strategically enhance and strengthen manufacturing partnerships, bottom-line profitability, and supply chain sustainability. The Supply Chain Manager will operate in a leadership capacity by overseeing the Procurement & Logistics Analyst and Customer Service & Event Coordinator.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

o Strategically identify and develop new supply chain partnerships

o Manage and Implement a consistent supply chain strategy

o Manage and maintain all supplier centric metric

o Oversee the re-source of products for each brand and own new item sourcing projects

o Manage the Testing Program

o Oversee the development of all QC documentations and procedures

o Manage and take ownership of the new item cycle

o Manage the packaging development, including tariff, HTS, and trade mark research

o Oversee the Kinsey’s Brands Cost Schedules and Negotiations

o Coordinate with Production for accurate and efficient processing involving QC, Time Study and build processes.

o Manage raw materials, finished products and inventory planning

o Manage the performance and development of the Procurement & Logistic Analyst

o Oversee all high-level forecasting, planning and procurement functions

o Oversee the domestic and foreign logistics

o Oversee customer service correspondence, warranty, and event logistics

o Travel for consumer events, trade shows and supply chain meetings, expected 6-10 times a year.

Position Description: Sales Representative

Reporting to: VP of Sales & Marketing Status: Full-time

The primary objective of the Brands Sales Representative is to increase sales of Kinsey’s Inc. private label brands & OEM through the implementation of multi-channel strategies. Strategies will be developed to increase the number of customers purchasing, overall peg placement, and overall sales within targeted customer segments. In addition to top line growth, the Sales Representative is tasked with providing excellent customer service through account management and correspondence with all channel sales. The Brands Sales Representative will work with internal teams to coordinate brands sales needs in all channels.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

o Stay in tune with key accounts (Dealer and Ecom) to keep the pulse of the brand and grow the brand within the channel.

o Execute annual sales plans

o Manage day to day needs and overall relationship of Mass Merchant, distributor (domestic & international) and OEM accounts.

o Actively engage all Kinsey’s Inc. business units to grow brand sales within all channels.

o Evaluate and manage rep group relationships, as well as brand partnerships (licenses & royalties)

o Manage the sale of heavy and inactive inventory while preserving as much value as possible.

o Present special buy opportunities to key accounts that fit within brand and profitability goals.

o Actively engage with the Creative Director and the VP of Sales and Marketing to create consumer direct sales strategies to be executed on consumer direct websites.

o Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies for each brand across all business units.

o Manage periodic financial reports pertaining to sales, profits, tax, and royalty payments.

o Work with consumer direct channel phone calls, emails and customer relationships.

o Attend trade shows and consumer shows to actively drive sales and brand awareness. Expected travel 10-12 times a year.

Job Opening: Sales Representative Employment Type: Full Time

Reporting To: Director of Dealer Sales Job Location: Mount Joy, PA 17552

This position is an hourly base + uncapped commission role with a full benefit package including Health, Dental, 401k, PTO, life insurance and employee discount. The ideal candidate for this position is customer obsessed while being able to balance driving key performance metrics. Additionally, this individual is highly effective at communicating via phone, email and text. This candidate also possesses a high level of attention to detail, adaptability, creativity and a passion for learning.


Position Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience
  • Current participation in archery or interest in learning
  • Current participation in firearms or interest in learning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
  • Detail oriented and results driven.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new accounts based on assigned sales territory and account potential
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current customers
  • Represent Kinsey’s and its consumer brands division at various trade shows
  • Populate data sheets, forecast templates, and other sales data forms
  • Drive sales goals within assigned accounts
  • Track individual account performance using various software solutions
  • Assist in the creation of incentive programs for current customers
  • Assist in the creation of promotions, including product analysis and selection
  • Research and analysis of sales trends
  • Manage customer issues, deliveries, chargebacks, etc
  • Possible limited travel
