Hunter’s Kloak® introduces the NEW Rut RouserTM  Dual Mister. The innovative Rut RouserTM Dual Mister makes it easy for hunters to control two game attracting scents at the same time. For example, doe estrous and dominant buck urine during pre-rut and rut phases of the season or apple and acorn during early season.

The lightweight Rut RouserTM Dual Mister uses two scent cartridges at a time. Each cartridge employs a proprietary cotton wick that carries scent to an ultrasonic transducer. At the ultrasonic transducer, the scent is converted to a micro-fine mist that is emitted into the air at intervals selected by the hunter. The atomized mist is naturally carried downwind broadcasting the scent(s) for long-range attraction. The two scent cartridges can be used independently or simultaneously by remote control. The unit is designed to be placed on the ground and is camouflaged in Mossy Oak® Bottomland. There are two holes molded into the base that can accommodate thin stakes or tie-downs for added stability on uneven ground.

Scent Bursts

Perhaps the function that puts the most control in the hands of the hunter is the paired remote and the Scent Bursts feature. When the hunter determines the time is right, the scent burst function can be employed for either scent port. When employed, Rut RouserTM will continually dispense scent until the button is released on the remote.

Rut RouserTM is simple to use. Remove the top portion of the unit by depressing the locks located on each end. Remove the top portion, insert the scent cartridges of your choice and replace the top portion of the unit. Set on the ground where you want to leave it during the hunt. Press and hold the power button until the power indicator light glows. Then choose a time interval for each scent port by pressing the delay set button as it cycles through the lights indicating the delay setting. Time intervals of 6, 9, or 15 seconds are available on each port. Indicator lights will automatically dim to avoid visual detection. All of the controls that are available on the Rut RouserTM unit are also available on the paired remote that has an active range of 160 feet. The power button on the remote turns off both scent ports simultaneously. The unit remains on until the unit power button is pressed. The 2.5-ounce scent cartridges are mess-free, easy to install, and are interchangeable while on the hunt. Each scent cartridge last approximately 4.5 hours. Use the provided USB cable to recharge the battery while the battery is in the unit. Average life of a fully-charged battery is approximately 5.5 hours with a recharge rate of 4.5 hours to full charge. The unit is operable at temperatures as low as 14°F (-10C°).
