Alabama residents who wish to apply for an alligator tag must register by 8 a.m. July 11, 2018. Selections for each zone will be held at noon on July 11, and the results will be posted immediately. Applicants can check their selection status on the registration web page.
Registration for deer hunts on Alabama’s Special Opportunity Areas (SOA) will open July 16, 2018. These smaller, limited quota hunting areas are located throughout the state and offer a variety of exclusive public land hunting options including small game, archery, gun deer, youth hunting, waterfowl, turkey hunting and more.
