(Boise, ID) Tactical Solutions Shooting Team posted amazing wins at the 2018 Steel Nationals held on March 26th – 31st at the South River Gun Club in Covington, GA. Congratulations to Max Michel for his 6th Overall US Steel National Championship. Max was closely followed by long time Tactical Solutions shooter B.J. Norris who finished 1st place in ‘Limited’ and 2nd place in Open, as well as posting a 2nd place victory in Rimfire Pistol Open. TacSol Junior shooter Christian Sailer, finished 1st in Junior Open. TacSol Team Shooter Mark Itzstein finished 1st in Revolver open in an extremely hard fought competition.
The Tactical Solution’s phenom Junior shooters, Mackenzie Bragg and Zoey Bragg totally dominated the rimfire competition in their categories. Mackenzie’s performance swept the field in Rimfire Rifle Open Lady and Rimfire Pistol Open Lady. Mackenzie also and finished 2nd in PCC Open behind Lena Miculek. The other half of the Bragg duo - Preteen Tactical Solution’s shooter Zoey Bragg, defended her National Titles by posting blistering times winning both Rimfire Pistol Open and Rimfire Rifle Open. This year Zoey also set a personal best and finished 1stin Preteen PCC.
Christian Sailer had solid performances placing High Junior and a 2nd place finish in Rimfire Pistol Irons. Christian garnered a 5th place finish in Open. Teammate, Collin Cogdill placed in the top ten in the 3 classes he shot in against the World’s top professionals.
