Hanke joins Legacy Sports International as a 20-year veteran in the wholesale sporting goods distribution industry and 15-year veteran in the mass retail industry. Before joining Legacy Sports International, he spent two years as Director of Sales National Accounts for United Sporting Companies, a privately held $1B shooting sports distributor developing the mass retail sales division on the west coast. Prior to United Sporting Companies, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales & New Business Development with Maurice Sporting Goods a $300M privately held company. Hanke directed a wide range of strategic initiatives to successfully leverage the company's core competencies in assortment planning, marketing, private brand development and operational excellence. He was also instrumental in the acquisition of Western-Hoegee a west coast wholesale sporting goods distributor in Southern California, strategically layering all aspects of the distributor business onto the Maurice Sporting Goods distribution platform in Reno, NV.

Hanke's experience also includes Vice President of store operations at CT Farm & Family Center a $200M privately held agriculture retail company.

An active community member and outdoor enthusiast Hanke as served on the board of Northwest Sportfishing Industry Association, an active member of the NRA, Pheasants Forever and HOG [Harley Davidson Owners Group]. He resides in Reno, NV and a proud parent of two daughters Nichole and Chaitra.
