No stranger to the firearms industry, Waldran is a NRA certified pistol instructor, Council on Law Enforcement and Training (C.L.E.E.T.) handgun instructor, as well as an Oklahoma Self-Defense Act instructor. Michelle is also a leader of The Well Armed Woman for Rogers County, Oklahoma. Michelle competed in Brownell's Lady 3 Gun Pro-Am Challenge in Atlanta – the first all female 3-gun competition with 200 shooters. Waldran looks to bring her passion of shooting more accessible and relatable to the average gun owner and enthusiast.

For a second year, Walther Arms, Inc. continues to pursue innovation and excellence through competition shooting with Team Walther. Education through demonstration and interaction is the focus for Walther. Each member seeks to make a connection with consumers, retailers, military and law enforcement at matches, shows and events.

Waldran states "I've been in the firearm industry for quite some time. Over the years I've been approached by many women wanting to learn to shoot. I decided to get my handgun instructor's license to teach the ladies to shoot proficiently and this lead the opportunity to begin a local chapter with The Well Armed Woman. I found it very rewarding to see the smiles on their faces as they make their hits." I am looking forward to becoming a better shooter and a mentor for all the ladies who would like to become a part of the shooting world."
