Dan Harhangi has shifted roles and is now a sales representative. Mr. Gingo and Ms. Melvin are perfect additions to the team for The Mako Group and IDF Holsters.com. They have extensive technical and customer service knowledge and experience. Mr. Harhangi has an extensive background in technical support, and is an excellent addition to the sales force to assist dealers and retailers in a variety of areas.

As the new chief product expert, Gingo has 15 years of experience with firearms under his belt— and counting. Gingo is excited to be a part of such a strong company. He says, "I feel that my area of expertise is perfectly suited for The Mako Group. Their products are solid, and it's great to work for a company you really support."

Prior to coming on board at The Mako Group, Gingo worked as a gunsmith dealing with trigger jobs, stock finishing and parts installation. He is a master AR-15 armorer and has experience with other popular firearm platforms. Gingo's years of experience with firearms will easily assist dealers with any issues or questions they may have concerning products distributed by The Mako Group.

Ulisa Melvin has been working in customer service since 2012 and has great respect for law enforcement agencies after earning a Bachelor degree in Criminology. Melvin has worked in various positions in customer service and worked her way up to training supervisor and then later, manager. Melvin is well versed in our product lines and is prepared to aid customers in every aspect of their experience with The Mako Group.

Dan Harhangi has worked with The Mako Group for many years. Now, as his day-to-day duties have shifted from technical support to sales, Harhangi says, "My primary goal is to help dealers and distributors sell to their maximum potential. I have a thorough understanding of all the Mako products and can help dealers and retailers by providing detailed explanations regarding the installation, use and practical application of our products."
