Cranston, Rhode Island – SWAROVSKI OPTIK NORTH AMERICA, a subsidiary of the Austrian-based company, announces the promotion of Joe Cavallaro to the position of Field Support Representative. In this position, Joe will be responsible for the achievement of sales field support goals and objectives while promoting the SWAROVSKI OPTIK brand.

Born and raised in northern Connecticut, Joe spent a lot of his free time in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and shooting. It is there, while working for North Cove Outfitters, Inc, his family's outdoor retail store, that he began to realize his passion for the outdoors. He relocated to Rhode Island in October 2013 to become a Customer Service Representative for SWAROVSKI OPTIK working with dealers throughout North America. His years of retail experience, combined with his extensive knowledge of SWAROVSKI OPTIK products make him an ideal candidate to support our western dealers.
