Beretta U.S.A. Announces Organizational Change

Accokeek, MD -Beretta U.S.A. Corp. announced today that Jeff Cooper, General Manager and Chief Operating Officer, has left employment with the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Company wishes Jeff success in his future endeavors.

Jeff Reh, Member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel for Beretta U.S.A., announced that an immediate replacement for Cooper will not be sought. Effective immediately, though, Ryan Muety is promoted to Vice-President of Commercial Sales and Marketing. Rafe Bennett, Vice-President of Marketing and Customer Service, and Chris Recchia, Vice-President of Sales and Channel Marketing, will report to Muety and will assume increased responsibilities within the Company as well.

Sveva DaRoit is also promoted to CFO and Vice-President of Human Resources and Supply Chain.
