Designed by the newly created Electro-Optics Division, with facilities in Portland, Oregon, the new line bearing the SIG SAUER name will premiere at SHOT Show 2015, Booth #12240.
Under the leadership and direction of seasoned veterans in military, law enforcement, and sports optics design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, SIG SAUER has propelled itself into the optics market with an exceptional line of rifle scopes, battle sights, red-dot/reflex sights, laser rangefinders, binoculars, spotting scopes, and enhanced pistol sights. The comprehensive line-up of SIG SAUER Electro-Optics encompasses several different product families, each with multiple product offerings. Each series is named according to the military alphabet. Leading off the all new optics line are the "Tango" and "Whiskey" categories of rifle scopes. The Tango rifle scopes have been specifically designed to exceed the requirements of military and law enforcement customers and tactical long-range shooters and hunters. The hunt-ready Whiskey rifle scopes have been built for hunters and shooters who expect superior optical performance and rugged durability. All of these rifle scopes include a free SIG Ballistic Turret, which can be laser engraved to the user's specific ballistics. Easily replacing the existing elevation turret, the SIG Ballistic Turret gives the user a custom adjustment matched to their specific needs. Next up, with the "Bravo" prism-based Battle Sights, SIG Optics has reached down to the tactical roots of the company to create an industrial design like no other. The Bravo4 Wide Field Battle Sight has up to 50% greater field-of-view than comparable narrow-field battle sights. For the dedicated hand gunner and black gun shooter, the "Romeo" series of Red-Dot/Reflex sights offers a multitude of variations to accommodate multiple firearms. The miniature Romeo1 Reflex Sight is designed to be slide-mounted on a pistol, and SIG SAUER will offer several of its most popular pistols with the Romeo1 pre-installed. With the capability to range targets and big game animals at up to 1600 yards the "Kilo" 1600 Rangefinder with Angle Modified Range (AMR) and auto-dimming illuminated display is a must have tool for a wide range of shooters. Rounding out the all-new SIG Optics line is the "Zulu" Binoculars and the "Victor" Spotting Scopes. These two categories have excellent offerings for both the tactical gunner and the advanced big game hunter.
