SHACKLEFORDS, VA - Team ITI G4S International Training Inc. a subsidiary of G4S Government Solutions, who is committed to providing benchmark security training in Firearms, Driver Training, and Surveillance operations, is proud to announce that Gary Byerly has placed 2nd overall in Single Stack at the EGW Area 8 Championship. Gary's division hosted 36 of the 400 shooters that showed up to compete for their respective titles.

"The 2014 Area 8 USPSA Championship returned to the familiar setting of the Fredricksburg Rod and Gun Club," commented Byerly. He went on to say, "The match was made up of 10 stages with a high number of tight shots as well as layouts that placed a premium on planning and execution. Shooting Single Stack means having to make your shots count and because of limited magazine capacity. I was fortunate enough to finish second in the division with only one penalty for the match. Byerly finished by saying, "It's matches like this that constantly test your skills and requires constant innovation both in technique and preparation. Thanks to all of my sponsors for their support.
