NORTH VANCOUVER, Canada - Cotton Carrier® is redesigning its StrapShot™ to meet the demands of rapidly growing mirrorless camera market. Since their introduction five years ago, Cotton Carrier products have allowed photographers to carry multiple cameras securely and without neck strain.
"After years of being an avid and professional photographer, I felt there had to be a better way of carrying and managing my cameras," said Andy Cotton. "So I designed the Cotton Carrier System."
Cotton Carrier products are engineered to carry large-body cameras and large lenses comfortably, securely and ready for the shot. Now there's a change taking place in the camera market, and Cotton Carrier is responding.
"Camera manufacturers are developing amazing mirrorless compact cameras that are smaller and lighter, but still need a great carrying system," said Brook Parker, chief operating officer of Cotton Carrier. "To meet that demand we are re-engineering our StrapShot to be compatible with compact and mirrorless cameras. The design of our new StrapShot EV1 components is a huge investment in product development and design hours, and we've launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund this exciting new product."
