Lincoln NE - Backcountry Consulting LLC was organized in January of 2014 by Owner Lance Kuck and President Scott Smathers to create a company that combines forty years of expert business experience and leadership in the recruiting industry with a TRUE understanding of the passions and traditions of those who love the sporting industries and the outdoors. Lance & Scott Started Backcountry Consulting LLC to combine these worlds and work with other business leaders and companies that had stated to them both for years that such a recruiting need existed. Lance Kuck/Owner said "We were told time and time again by our network of executives that there was a need for a recruiting firm that specialized in the outdoor industry, specifically the hunting, fishing, and shooting sports. Because of our backgrounds we understand the needs of business' in general as well as the unique issues associated with the outdoor industries."
