In this capacity, Mikey is responsible for directing the senior management team in Israel and collaborating with the CAA USA executive team to ensure that CAA maintains its leadership position as a superior advanced arms accessory manufacturer.

Prior to joining CAA, Mikey headed MSE Ltd., which develops, manufactures and markets innovative fighter-friendly reflex sights to the military, paramilitary and civilian markets worldwide. Mikey served in the IDF (Israel Defense Force) for over 22 years where he established and commanded the IDF sharpshooting & marksmanship school. During these years he trained over 500,000 soldiers including thousands of US Army and Marines service men. Mikey wrote the entire IDF shooting doctrine.

Thomas McCrossin will continue in his role as CEO of Command Arms Accessories USA.
