Kass has years of experience leading business units and marketing for top-echelon companies including American Standard, Black & Decker, and most recently as Chief Marketing Officer for Elkay Manufacturing Company.

Kass is a graduate of Tufts University in Massachusetts where he majored in Engineering Psychology. After receiving his MBA from New York University, he began his journey in consumer durables where he's gained hands on experience across a spectrum of marketing, engineering and management roles.
